Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
You are not required to make your property Section 8. However, we can assist you through the process if you would like for it to be. -
Are you licensed?
Haven Property Management, LLC is licensed and insured. We partner with Elevate Real Estate Company to provide you with the best property management company while staying in compliance with the Alabama Real Estate Commission. -
Can I reach you after hours?
After hours you can reach us by email or text for emergencies. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Owners will be paid directly by EFT transfer through our management software. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, a lease will be sent to you for review prior to signing. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, Haven Property Management can connect you through our partner brokerage will a real estate agent that can assist you through the buying or selling process. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is collected through our online portal. Cash and money orders can be accepted at our office with prior approval through management team. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We offer annual leases as well as annual and month to month renewal leases. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Equal to the rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
