No.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

First month or prorated first month and security deposit is due prior to move in. Home can not be held without security deposit being paid.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 with cosigner, 21 with out
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, upon move out and following thorough inspection

Anyone with below average credit or who are under the age of 21.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Apply online.
How do I pay rent?

Through management software.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Contact the leasing office and get approval.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

It is the owners responsibility to pay for repairs and maintenance unless it is found to be caused by tenant neglect.
